About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our business users. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance, ensuring it meets our needs across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, HRSD and WPM.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents & requests ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user accounts, security settings, and access controls.
- Configure ServiceNow to automate IT processes and workflows, aligned with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM Pro and WPM best practices.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into IT service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality and implement them to optimize the platform.
- Work collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable ServiceNow configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Document ServiceNow processes and procedures for future reference.
- Perform regular system health checks and audits to ensure platform stability and performance.
Assist with the development and implementation of ServiceNow upgrade plans
Your skills and experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow CSA (minimum 2 years).
- Knowledge of a least two of ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, HRSD or WPM modules.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices.
- Designing and configuring catalog items for various service offerings (ITSM, HRSD, WPM).
- Utilizing ServiceNow Flow Designer to create complex workflows with decision points and branching logic.
- Integrating workflows with other ServiceNow applications and external systems.
- Experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.
- ServiceNow upgrades.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
