Job description

Job Title: Software Engineer - AI-Powered Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative software engineer to lead the development of multiple AI-powered solutions that will address key business and operational challenges within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chatbot and voice bot development, with the primary goal of automating our Customer Service and Collections processes, while also enhancing the efficiency of our call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Deploy AI Bots: Lead the creation and implementation of chatbot and voice bot systems tailored to our business needs.
  • Enhance AI Features: Continuously improve the capabilities of the bots, including voice recognition, image processing, and speech-to-speech functionality, to ensure more intuitive interactions and better user experiences.
  • Integration with Telephony Systems: Seamlessly integrate the AI bots with our existing telephony infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation across all communication channels.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the bots deliver optimal performance in real-time, high-pressure environments.
  • AI-Driven Automation: Leverage AI to automate customer service inquiries, streamline collections processes, and optimize call center workflows for improved operational efficiency.

Your skills and experience

  • Proficiency in Chatbot/Voice Bot Development: Extensive experience in building, deploying, and maintaining both text-based chatbots and voice-based bots for real-world applications.
  • Voice Recognition & Speech Technologies: Strong understanding of voice recognition systems, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech technologies.
  • Image Processing: Familiarity with image processing techniques to enhance bot capabilities where visual data is involved.
  • Telephony Services Integration: Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with telephony platforms (e.g., VoIP systems, WebRTC, SIP).
  • Python Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python for building scalable AI models and system integrations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Knowledge of NLP techniques to improve the bots' understanding of human language and conversational nuances.
  • Cloud & DevOps Experience: Familiarity with deploying AI systems on cloud platforms and automating CI/CD pipelines.
