Software Developer (Java, Kotlin, SpringBoot)

Job description

•  Analyze, design, and model business processes using BPMN.
• Collaborate with clients and the project team to gather requirements, identify bottlenecks, and find opportunities for improvement in current operational processes.
• Implement modeled processes using BPM tools like Camunda (Camunda 8 preferred).
• Build and integrate backend components (SpringBoot, Java/Kotlin) to support process execution.
• Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure a consistent and effective user experience.
• Participate in the team's daily Scrum/Kanban activities: sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Test and propose new technologies to increase performance or improve the software development process.
• Document solutions, share knowledge internally, and assist in training other team members.

Your skills and experience

- Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Practical experience in business process modeling and automation.
• Proficient with the Camunda BPM tool, with a preference for experience with Camunda 8.
• Proficient in Java or Kotlin, with experience in SpringBoot.

- Skills: 

• Solid understanding of BPMN, system architecture, and the principle of clear separation between business logic and process logic.
• Systematic thinking, with the ability to see the big picture and perform in-depth analysis of business processes.
• Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for the work environment and technical discussions.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage work independently.
• Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
