Software Developer – DevSecOps & Enterprise Integration

Role Overview 

We are seeking a technically sharp and business-savvy Software Developer to support our sales team in Vietnam. This is a client-facing role, responsible for understanding customer challenges, shaping solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. If you have experience working with enterprise software in regulated industries and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
• Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable system solutions. 
• Automate tasks and workflows using scripting languages and CI/CD tools. 
• Integrate DevSecOps best practices into client infrastructures and development processes. 
• Identify, implement, and monitor security controls across the development pipeline. 
• Conduct security testing, vulnerability assessments, and support remediation efforts. 
• Work with developers and operations teams to resolve security and system issues. 
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and ensure smooth execution with the project manager. 
• Explore customer technology needs and contribute to solution proposals. 
• Document technical processes and stay current on emerging DevSecOps methodologies and tools.

Your skills and experience

Key Requirements 

• 3–7 years of experience in presales & post sales, solution consulting, or enterprise IT architecture 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Proven experience as a Software Developer/System Analyst in a system integration or enterprise IT environment. 
• Strong understanding of system analysis, design principles, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). 
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). 
• Solid grasp of DevSecOps concepts, with exposure to security testing tools. 
• Experience with SQL and relational databases. 
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments. 
• Proficiency in Java or C# is an advantage. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus. 
• Relevant certifications (DevOps, Security, CISSP, etc.) are an advantage. 
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. 
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-service oriented environment preferred. 
• Must be proficient in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage. 

Preferred 

• Experience with ITIL, Agile/DevOps practices, or enterprise architecture frameworks 
• Technical certifications (e.g., Atlassian ACP, AWS/Azure, ITIL, Kubernetes)
