About the role

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive prioritization and investment decisions balancing value, cost, risk, and scalability.
• Lead migration from legacy systems to next-generation AI-enabled workflow platforms.
• Ensure service reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to optimization.
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous product improvement.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in technical product management for complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong experience in software architecture and cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and workflow systems.
• Understanding of AI technologies and business applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience working with global teams and vendors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of emerging cloud and AI technologies.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
