Job description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support strategic digital transformation initiatives for one of Asia’s leading digital banks.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working across business, operations, engineering, architecture, product, and vendor teams.

You will be responsible for understanding and documenting end-to-end business processes, transaction flows, reconciliation processes, system interactions, and data flows across the banking and payments ecosystem.

The role is highly hands-on and requires a combination of business analysis, technical investigation, SQL/data analysis, and stakeholder management.

You will also contribute to migration, transformation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that business requirements are clearly translated into functional and technical outcomes.

Your skills and experience

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working with banking, financial services, fintech, or digital platforms is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system integration, and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and databases, or a willingness and ability to work confidently with data.
• Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, workflows, and process maps.
• Experience working with technical teams, including engineers, architects, product teams, or delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Experience with UAT, testing, validation, or business sign-off.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and willingness to learn.
