Senior System Engineer

Job description

We are looking for the talents technical engineer base in Hanoi for below task:

• Responsible for technical support for IT equipment such as professional independent service provider;
• Responsible for consult partner/ Customer the solution about services, products and solution for IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to gather requirements and propose the services, products and solution;
• Design complete infrastructure architecture including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery (DR), and SAN network
• Deliver solution presentations and conduct demos or POCs at customer sites;
• Prepare technical documents for bidding: Bill of Materials (BoM), system diagrams, configuration tables, and solution descriptions
• Act as the technical lead during the handover to the deployment team after contract signing
• Support internal training and consult on system upgrades or expansions for existing customers
• Onsite support to perform troubleshooting, recovery and resolution.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experiences as Post & Presales engineer
• Practical experience with servers, storage and networking equipment: Dell, IBM, Netapp, Hitachi, Fujitsu..
• Practical experience with vitalization product and software: VMware,  Redhat…
• Solid knowledge of system architecture, SAN/NAS, RAID, operating systems (Linux, Windows Server), and virtualization (VMware)
• Preferred certifications: Dell EMC Proven Professional, IBM Certified Specialist, VMware VCP
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and technical documentation
• Ability to work independently, proactively handle issues, and collaborate effectively in teams
• English proficiency in both writing and speaking
