Job Purpose

• The job holder lead the development of projects between front and back end development to successfully manage projects through planning, coordinating and leading activities throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
• The job holder technical support and guidance to FE and BE developers. In addition, the position has the role of an expert in the field of software development, using different programming languages.

A. Software Development

• Drive and deliver top quality Java, Java Spring backend code across a broad array of interactive web projects.
• Own a digital platform’s backend code and the architecture of the user experience, bringing into life functionalities proposed by designers from
• development to delivery.
• Collaborate with Front End Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and other applications APIs.
• Ensure that all materials produced have a high degree of quality, accuracy, timeliness and complies with accessibility standards.
• Maintain consistent solution architecture to backend solutions to integrate with future products easily.
• Actively test and debug programs to ensure stability and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain back end code that improves analytical and statistical modeling and forecasting methods to support business tribes in their decision
• making process.

B. Software Documentation

• Guide tribe and squad members on translating business requirements into technical design documents.
• Actively review and drive discussions with squad members on functional requirement documents for building and improving TCB’s digital products
• Work closely with tribe and squad members to translate business requirements into technical design documents.
• Review and execute requirements documents by coding flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code annotations, and instructions for the program.  

Your skills and experience

A. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology

B. Work Experience 

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in programming languages related to application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Java or Ruby)

C. Foreign language

• English/ according to company's regulations in each period
