Job description

- Lead and perform manual testing of mobile apps (Android/iOS) and web applications
- Plan and execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing strategies
- Drive and review REST API testing (Postman, DevTools, Charles Proxy if needed)
- Ensure high-quality test documentation: test plans, cases, bug reports
- Mentor and support junior and middle QA team members
- Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and Product Owners to align on quality standards
- Act as a quality advocate within Agile/Scrum teams
- Introduce and improve QA processes, tools, and practices

 

Your skills and experience

- 5+ years of experience in manual QA (mobile and web applications)
- Strong knowledge of software testing theory, test design techniques, and QA methodologies
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP, REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, or equivalents)
- Ability to design, execute, and maintain structured test suites and reports
- Experience in mentoring and knowledge sharing within a QA team
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
- English level: B2 or higher (for effective communication and documentation)

Nice to Have
- Experience with BrowserStack or other cross-browser/cloud testing platforms
- Exposure to automation frameworks or desire to collaborate with automation QA
- Familiarity with performance or security testing basics
- Experience shaping QA processes and contributing to overall product quality strategy
