Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Implementation Project Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our product, SimpleMDG, by driving the successful execution of implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Project Execution: Lead cross-functional project teams in executing project plans. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner. Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization. Collaborate with team members and functional managers to secure necessary resources for project activities.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure project success.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and change requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance project management methodologies and drive efficiency.
Your skills and experience
- Strong fluency in English is a must, Japanese is a plus

The ability to work in the evening or early morning base on the project
Education: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent experience - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on implementing projects. Demonstrated experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope. Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire project teams. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure project success.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally. This includes exhibiting punctuality, meeting deadlines, and dressing appropriately.
- Agile Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and embrace continuous improvement.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management software, collaboration tools, Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the industry or domain relevant to the organization's projects is preferred.
