About the Role

We are striving for business expansion in different fields in the upcoming time. Join us as an IT Project Manager to:

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Build and manage project schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire Project lifecycle.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Work directly with customers from Vietnam, Korea, and other countries.
• Participate in the recruiting, training and development of project staff.
• May perform additional tasks assigned by the manager/ BOD to ensure smooth project completion.
• Report to: Division Manager/ Head of Department.
• Manage team size 05-30 members.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Background in Back-end development.
• Candidates aged 35 or below are preferred

Required Skills

• Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.
• Excellent understanding of Software Development lifecycle.
• Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork oriented environment, etc.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude.
• Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely).
• Experienced in development skills and able to review and supervise development team.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with business in Finance, Payment, Banking.
• Experience with clients and customers from Korea.
