Job description

We are seeking a versatile and innovative Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to our diverse AECO projects. In this hybrid role, you will use your design skills to ensure seamless, intuitive, and emotionally engaging interactions across complex systems such as Digital Twins, Mixed Reality platforms, and more. You will lead efforts to design and refine user journeys, build cohesive design systems, and create visually stunning, user-centered interfaces that elevate how our users interact with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Map user journeys, design personas, and create wireframes, storyboards, and flow diagrams to guide the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance the overall user experience.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process, ensuring design decisions are driven by user insights and data.
• Analyze and iterate on existing UX designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of design systems, expressed through UI components such as layouts, fonts, colors, icons, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Design highly legible, user-friendly, and aesthetically compelling interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate innovative design concepts in real-time 3D environments, Digital Twins, Mixed Realities, and traditional UI formats.
• Incorporate animations and micro-interactions to create engaging and delightful user experiences.

Your skills and experience

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products, particularly within AECO, Digital Twins, or 3D real-time environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UX and UI design, including user journeys, design systems, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and user testing platforms.
  • Proficiency in UI tools like Figma, Rive, Protopie, and familiarity with 3D and Mixed Reality platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate research and user data into intuitive and engaging design solutions.
  • Experience with animations, micro-interactions, and interactive prototypes to showcase advanced design concepts.
  • Ability to balance technical constraints with creative expression, optimizing for both functionality and aesthetics.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a user-first mindset.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with coding (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers.
• Familiarity with tools like Unity or Unreal Engine for designing within 3D environments.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
