Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, while supporting web applications with React.js/Next.js.
• Build scalable, high-performance fintech products serving large-scale users and transactions.
• Design and optimize application architecture, performance, reliability, and security across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
• Integrate APIs, WebSocket, payment services, push notifications, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, including production and native Android/iOS challenges.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, monitoring, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to technical decisions, architecture design, engineering standards, and team mentoring.

Your skills and experience

Must Have

• At least 6 years of experience in Frontend and Mobile Application Development, including:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart and cross-platform mobile development
  • Hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSocket, Firebase, payment integrations, and third-party services.
• Experience with app releases, performance optimization, testing, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with native Android/iOS development and platform-specific debugging.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and crash analytics.
• Experience with OCR, face/liveness detection, or camera-related features.
• Experience building fintech, e-wallet, payment, or financial services products.
