Job description

• Develop, maintain and enhance legacy web systems using Java, Spring, JSP/JavaScript
• Analyze requirements and support system onboarding / KT for existing systems
• Design, develop and optimize database logic (SQL, Stored Procedures on DB2/Oracle)
• Lead and coordinate backend team, assign tasks and manage workload
• Troubleshoot issues and support daily system operation/maintenance
• Use Jira, Confluence for task tracking and documentation

Your skills and experience

Requirements (Must-have)

≥7 years of Java development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Java (JDK 1.7)
• Spring Framework 3.x
• JSP / JavaScript (legacy web applications)
• Strong knowledge of:
• RDBMS (DB2 / Oracle)
• SQL, Stored Procedures / Functions

Experience in:

• CSR design, development, and testing
• System analysis and onboarding for existing systems
• Technical leadership and team coordination
• Workload management across developers
• Experience working on multi-system environments
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence

Preferred (Nice-to-have)

• Experience in maintenance / operation projects (strongly preferred)
• Experience in offline retail / store management systems
• Experience working with legacy enterprise systems
• Experience in KT (knowledge transfer) / team training
