What you'll be doing:

• Working on Web and Mobile products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Set and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Design scalable and maintainable software architecture aligning with business objectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Champion continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Drive the resolution of critical production issues in a timely manner.

Your skills and experience

What You Are Good at

• 5 years of experience with modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, functional testing)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development best practices
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows
• Ability to perform code reviews and enforce engineering standards
• Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and profiling PHP applications
• Professional software development experience with a strong track record of delivering production systems
• Strong background in software design and architecture
• Experience building scalable services and RESTful APIs
• Deep expertise in PHP and PSR standards, with the ability to coach and mentor other engineers
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Having the following skills is a plus

• Experience with GraphQL
• AWS knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, databases, storage, streams, etc.)
• Experience with event-driven or asynchronous systems (queues, messaging).
