Job description

• Ensure any integration functional, system compliance, security requirements.
• Release requirements to production.
• Make, define SLA, OLA agreement.
• Provide L2 support on production.
• Supervise the production in support business operations.
• Resolve issues/incident/problem within a timely manner against SLA requirements
• Improve outage response by aligning with customers service initiatives.
• Compile and maintain inventory of software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements.
• Confirm operation documents and scripts delivered by partners

Your skills and experience

1. Trình độ đào tạo/ Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần có/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• Operating experience with docker/container platform like Openshift Container Platform or similarly.
• Operating experience with API management platform like WSO2 or similarly.
• Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic search, Logstash.
• Experience working with Redhat, Linux, AIX.
• Experience working with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Operating experience with message queue system like Kafka, RabitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similarly.
