About the role
Join Bosch in shaping the future of internal digital solutions for a global organization of 500,000+ users. As a Senior IT Consultant, you will collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to modernize workflow platforms, drive digital transformation initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that create business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze existing workflow platforms, gather requirements, identify gaps, and support migration initiatives to next-generation technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and actionable solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and development teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project delivery.
• Develop business insights dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Support strategic initiatives through business analysis, process optimization, and workflow improvements.
• Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Support change management activities and ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Plan and execute UAT activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Develop training materials and user documentation to support system adoption.
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 05 years of Business Analysis experience in internal IT solutions or workflow transformation projects.
• Strong communication skills in English with experience working in multinational environments.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to have
• Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts.
• Knowledge of workflow platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
