Job description
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze business requirements from different stakeholders to understand the business needs.
- Solution Analysis and Design: Develop and propose IT solutions that meet business requirements. Analyze IT systems and business models. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with IT Functional Teams and Business Units to improve systems and processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to inform business decisions and create reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within IT and business operations. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in operating systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Requirement Document (URD), Use cases, User Stories, Software Requirement Specification (SRS), and others.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge and experiencing in BPMN, DMN, database schema, SQL, system communication protocols such as HTTP, Restfull API, Web Service, …etc.
- Familiarity with technical documentation standards, including system architecture, data models, and API documentation such as Open API, Blueprint, etc.
- Familiarity with visualization languages and tools, such as draw.io, BPMN modler (e.g: Camuda Modler), DMN, UML, Entity Relationship diagram, Dataflow diagram, …etc.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g: Agile/Scrum). Experience in project management and knowledge of relevant methodologies.
- Proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates or equivalent) to attend meetings with non Vietnamese stakeholders, provide support to applications, help team to take the best decision and document your work
- Knowledge of Agile at enterperpise scale (e.g: SAFe, Spotify, Scrum@Scale, LeSS)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Having background knowledge in finance, banking, accounting, card business domains are preferred (e.g: CFA certification, SAP, SAS …etc).
- Having certificates relate to Project Management, Scrum, Process Management is plus.
- Knowledges and experiencing with complex algorithms and skills about rulesets, decision table, decision tree is plus (e.g: KIE Workbench, Drools, FICO Blaze).
