Job description
Main Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients and users.
- Product Documentation: Translate business needs and stakeholders’ requests into detailed PRD, Wireframing or crafting User Stories, Use Cases, Diagrams for the development team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and understand market needs, to ensure clear understanding between the development team and stakeholders by bridging communication gaps.
- Validation For Testing: Work closely with the QC team to validate that product deliverable meet the business requirements, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA (or other Agile tools) to ensure the team works on the highest priority features.
- Planning and Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning (Scrum) with Agile mindset, providing clear acceptance criteria for user stories, and ensuring the development team understands the requirements.
- Product Deliverable: Ensure the product delivers a high-quality user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers and ensuring the development team builds to specs. Have a keen mindset about quality of deliverable.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the product.
Your skills and experience
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field is welcomed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional product development for web and mobile apps.
- Standard proficiency in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure RP or alternatives.
- Basic understanding of functional, emotional and feasible aspects of UI design, encompassing both the big picture connect the relationships within the complexities of overall designs.
- Good communication and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience working on eCommerce, CRM or SaaS projects is a plus point.
- Ability to conduct R&D from business adaption perspective.
- Ability to optimize UI & UX performance during code-based production process.
