Job description

We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our engineering team and support the development, enhancement, and production operation of an enterprise AI Chatbot and AI Agent platform. The role will primarily focus on Go/Golang backend development, building and maintaining scalable services, REST APIs, and integrations with AI services, enterprise systems, databases, and knowledge platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go/Golang.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work with microservices and multi-service architectures.
• Integrate backend services with AI/LLM and RAG-based knowledge systems.
• Support knowledge ingestion, retrieval, and AI service integrations.
• Work with SQL databases and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve production issues across applications, APIs, and services.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with Docker, Linux, and containerized deployment environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical knowledge sharing.

Your skills and experience

A. MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands on experience working on Go/Golang projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go/Golang and backend development. 
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade backend services.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and API integrations.
• Experience with microservices or distributed service architectures.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Docker and Linux environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
• Experience with authentication and API security, such as JWT and tokenbased authentication.
• Practical experience or good understanding of AI/LLM applications and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English skills: Intermediate proficiency in reading and writing, communication skills for day-to-day business interactions.

B. NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Experience with AI Agent or Agentic AI development.
• Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Experience with vector databases or vector search.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or Jaeger.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and complex API integrations
