Job description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java / Spring / Spring Boot on the backend and HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript (WebSquare) on the frontend.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop unit tests, support integration and system testing, and fix defects to ensure software quality.
• Optimize application performance, stability, scalability, and backend architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members using tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Work within CI/CD pipelines and support deployment in containerized and cloud environments.
• Support production issues, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis when required.

Your skills and experience

[Required]

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with RDBMS such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including SQL tuning and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
• Good understanding of web and mobile application development concepts and architectures.
• Experience using Git and standard software development processes.
• Knowledge of and experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and teamwork mindset.

[Preferred]

• Experience developing applications using WebSquare.
• Experience deploying or operating applications in Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Strong understanding of backend system architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or mission-critical systems.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in an international team environment.
