Job description
- Design, develop, and manage infrastructure using IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS CodeBuild and GitHub Actions.
- Implement GitOps workflows using FluxCD with Helm charts to enable automated, declarative application and infrastructure delivery.
- Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker, including cluster configuration and scaling.
- Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python for operational efficiency and environment management.
- Administer and harden Linux servers for various DevOps and application workloads.
- Operate and optimize monitoring and observability stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, ELK, Dynatrace and Datadog
- Implement and support robust logging, alerting, and incident response strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security and other internal teams to deliver reliable services.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders and customers, translating technical solutions into business value.
- Lead or contribute to technical decision-making, best practice definition, and DevOps knowledge sharing within the team.
Your skills and experience
Must have:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (required), Bicep, CloudFormation.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild.
- Experience with GitOps methodologies and tooling (FluxCD preferred).
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Skilled in scripting and automation using Bash and Python.
- Experience managing containerized workloads on Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch, Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with version control systems: Git, Azure DevOps Git.
- Strong understanding of DevOps best practices, including security, reliability, and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant DevOps certifications (e.g., CKA, Terraform Associate, AWS DevOps Pro, Azure DevOps Expert) are a strong plus.
Nice to have:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent
- Working experience in IT services provider company.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001, CIS Benchmarks).
- Exposure to SRE practices and site reliability concepts.
