Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data & Business Intelligence Professional (Senior level) to lead analytics initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will go beyond reporting — you will leverage data to generate strategic insights, perform diagnostic analyses, and build predictive/forecasting models to guide business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis, scenario modeling, and data storytelling to support decision-making at all levels.
• Design and build high-impact dashboards with intuitive visualization and strong storytelling.
• Conduct in-depth descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to identify business drivers and optimization opportunities (e.g., customer lifetime value, churn prediction, trend forecasting, …)
• Deploy and maintain advanced analytics models to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from problem structuring and data exploration to insight communication and business impact tracking.
• Work closely with Data Engineers on data architecture, data pipelines and performance optimization to support complex analytical use cases.

Your skills and experience

Must-Have:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and deep experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle). 
• Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Strong analytical thinking with experience in problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and translating complex data into strategic insights.
• Exceptional data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of financial products, business management, and corporate governance.
• Excellent teamwork, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to solve complex business problems using data.

Nice-to-Have:

• Strong analytics experience in financial services, securities, or fintech.
• Strong theoretical knowledge or practical experience in Data Science, Data Modelling or Data Governance.
• Experience leveraging advanced analytics tools or AI-assisted workflows to improve analysis efficiency and insight generation.
• Programming experience in Python, R or similar tools.
