Job description
- Collaborate with clients to clarify business needs and deliver impactful data solutions.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable business insights.
- Build scalable data models to address business challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of data models, business logic, DAX calculations, and solution architecture.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to elevate team capabilities.
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python / R for data analysis.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Advanced DAX skills.
- Knowledge of ETL design and data processing workflows.
- Experience working with Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.
- Solid foundation in statistics, data modeling, and business domain.
- Author FSD, BRD, and related documentation.
- Strong communication skills with good English proficiency.
- Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI and relevant certifications.
