About Senior Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with a solid background in the booking, CRM domain to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be working closely with our UK-based client, collaborating across cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for various financial systems and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business and system requirements from clients.
• Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with UK clients and internal teams for solution design and validation.
• Monitor project progress, support testing phases, and address issues promptly.
• Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
• Contribute to risk assessment and change impact analysis activities.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven experience in the booking, CRM domains is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English communication
• Having a technical background is a strong plus
