About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in General Insurance to join our team in Vietnam. You will play a critical role in driving successful implementations of core insurance systems and digital solutions by acting as a trusted bridge between business users and technology teams.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Vietnamese general insurance landscape, has hands-on experience in software implementations, and enjoys solving real business problems with practical, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as a liaison between users and developers, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of business needs and technical solutions.
• Lead and support user testing (UAT) activities – from preparing test cases to coordinating issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal stakeholders and external partners in Vietnamese and English.
• Leverage your insurance domain expertise to propose innovative and practical solutions to business challenges.
• Drive user engagement, manage expectations, and influence stakeholders toward optimal decisions.
• Participate in core insurance system rollouts and digital transformation initiatives such as portals, mobile apps, or CRM.
• Prepare process documentation, business cases, and training materials as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the general insurance sector (Vietnam market experience is a must).
• Experience in implementing insurance core systems (e.g., policy admin, claims, underwriting) and digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese general insurance products and practices (motor, health, property, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and user persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in English for documentation and communication with regional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, etc.

Your skills and experience

Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese general insurance market with hands-on experience in core insurance systems and digital platforms. Skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and stakeholder management. Proficient in Vietnamese & English language with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
