Senior Backend Developer (Golang)

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Golang) to design, develop, and maintain the core systems of our Gaming Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for wallet systems, transaction processing, APIs, reporting systems, and platform business logic supporting high-volume gaming operations. 

The successful candidate will also have opportunities to contribute to future software products and technology initiatives as Vision Entertainment Group continues to invest in advanced technologies and expand its solutions in response to evolving market and customer needs. This broader exposure will offer greater technical ownership, opportunities to work across multiple products, and long-term professional growth within the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
• Build APIs, microservices, and platform business logic.
• Develop and support wallet systems, player account management, and reporting services.

Gaming Transaction Processing

• Manage gaming transactions, settlements, and wallet balance updates.
• Ensure transaction accuracy, auditability, and reliability.
• Support system scalability and high-performance transaction processing.

System Optimization

• Optimize application performance and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with database, infrastructure, and integration teams.
• Participate in architecture reviews and system enhancements.

Your skills and experience

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with Golang development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or equivalent databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
• Experience with high-volume transaction systems is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Golang development experience.
