Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Mobile apps (React Native), Web applications, and APIs.
• Initiate and support backend performance testing.
• Set up and manage CI pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development lifecycle.
• Ensure test coverage and quality metrics are met across platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to stabilize tests.
• Work independently while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team-wide quality initiatives.

Your skills and experience

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in test automation across Mobile, Web, and API.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript or Java.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices. (e.g., Playwright, Appium, WebdriverIO)
• Experience with CI/CD tools with the ability to integrate automated testing into deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with mobile device farms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• A proactive mindset and a passion for quality engineering in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience automating React Native applications using tools like Appium or Detox.
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., k6, Gatling) is a plus. 
• Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g., Docker) and cloud-based CI/CD pipelines.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
