Job description

1. About the Position

We are looking for a Security Management Associate who is interested in Information Security and wants to build a professional career in the Security field. You will work with the Security Management team to support daily security operations, security compliance, information protection and security improvement activities.

Knowledge of information security principles is required. No prior professional experience is necessary, as training and guidance will be provided.

2. Key Responsibilities

Security Management

• Support daily Information Security Management activities.
• Support the implementation and management of security policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain security documents, records and reports.
• Support regular security checks and follow-up activities.

Information Security & Privacy

• Support information security and personal data protection activities.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with security requirements.
• Support security awareness and training programs.
• Assist in managing security requirements for employees and external partners.

Security Inspection & Risk Management

• Support regular security inspections and internal audits.
• Identify potential security risks and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support risk assessment and security improvement activities.

Incident Response

• Support the reporting, tracking and documentation of security incidents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments when security issues occur.
• Participate in security drills and incident response activities.

Physical & Worksite Security

• Support access control and security management at company sites.
• Assist in managing CCTV, access control and other security systems.
• Conduct basic security checks and report abnormal situations.

Other

• Prepare security reports and management dashboards.
• Support security projects and improvement initiatives.
• Perform other security-related tasks assigned by the Security Manager.

Your skills and experience

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of IT / Information Security.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, careful and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Major in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• Understanding of basic security concepts such as Network & TCP/IP, Firewall, Endpoint Security, Access Control, CCTV / Physical Security and Security Incident Response.
• Korean or English communication skills.
