Job description

• Facilitating Scrum Events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, etc.
• Coach the Team: helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, principles, and values
• Removing Blockers: Identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder progress.
• Ensuring Agile Best Practices: Encouraging collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Support Team Member: Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible.
• Defining Project Scope & Goals: Setting clear objectives and deliverables
• Managing Budget & Timeline: Ensuring the project stays within financial and time constraints

Your skills and experience

1. Must have

• Fluent English communication skills: Able to interact smoothly and effectively in English.
• Fluent Japanese communication skills: Able to interact smoothly and effectively in Japanese, and understand Japanese culture
• Leadership Mindset: Willing to guide and inspire teams with essential leadership qualities.
• Work Dedication: High responsibility and awareness, and commitment.
• Continuous Learning: Willing to acquire new knowledge and improve skills.
• Adaptability: Quick decision-making and flexibility in dynamic environments.

2. Nice to have

• Agile & Scrum Knowledge: Understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and frameworks
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and risks.

• Certified Japanese communicator (JLPT, BJT)

• Certified Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM)
• Certified Cloud engineer (Azure, AWS)
• Certified Project Manager (PMP)
