Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with the other development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Design and implement database solutions using PostgreSQL.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and AWS for cloud services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment processes.
• Work with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS when necessary.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails (5+ years).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (working language).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and personal growth.
• Confident in sharing knowledge and collaborating across teams, regardless of technical expertise.
