Job description
Key responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting (35%)
- Execute assigned analytical tasks and operational data projects end-to-end
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and business datasets
- Perform ad hoc analysis based on business requirements
- Translate operational data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support stakeholders with data-driven decision-making
2. Data Management & Quality Assurance (25%)
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple sources
- Maintain documentation for reports, analysis logic, and workflows
- Identify data issues, discrepancies, and process gaps proactively
- Ensure compliance with internal data standards and operational procedures
- Maintain task tracking and project documentation regularly
3. Automation & Technical Development (20%)
- Build and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and internal operational tools
- Support bot development and process optimization initiatives
- Assist with data pipeline setup, workflow automation, and system improvements
- Improve operational visibility through reporting and visualization tools
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Operational Support (10%)
- Work closely with Team Leads and Senior Analysts on priorities and deliverables
- Communicate progress, blockers, and risks proactively
- Support internal teams with operational data requests and analysis needs
- Participate in team discussions and operational planning activities
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation (10%)
- Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and analytical methodologies
- Contribute ideas to improve reporting, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Continuously enhance output quality based on feedback and business needs
Your skills and experience
Data Analysis & Reporting Skills
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and operational performance monitoring.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
Technical & Automation Skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with coding, scripting, automation tools, or workflow development is an advantage.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Independent & Proactive Work Style
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accountability and ownership.
