Job description

● Develop and optimize web applications according to project requirements, using React, ReactJS, and modern technologies.

● Design sustainable, secure, maintainable, and scalable application architectures.

● Conduct frontend code reviews, provide guidance, and support junior team members.

● Propose suitable technical solutions, libraries, and frontend technologies for each project.

● Collaborate with backend developers, testers, and IT Comtors to ensure project quality and timely delivery.

● Ensure compliance with software development processes and clean code standards.

● Monitor and report project progress while supporting the management of frontend-related technical risks.

● Contribute to the development of internal frontend development processes and frontend technical standards.

Your skills and experience

● Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

● At least 2 years of experience in ReactJS development, with hands-on experience applying AI to improve work productivity, as well as a good understanding of AI and a research-oriented mindset toward AI technologies.

● Experience with source code management tools (Git), CI/CD, and Unit Testing.

● Experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Shopify.

● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

● Strong system-thinking and problem-solving skills, with a high sense of responsibility.

● Preferred:

○ Experience with Docker, Figma, and Microservices.

○ Knowledge of or hands-on experience working with high-load systems.
