🎯 Job Scope

As a QA Manual Engineer, your initial focus will be on the Perifit project. You will be responsible for comprehensive quality testing of the product ecosystem: from the hybrid mobile application (React Native combined with Unity game logic) to stable interaction with the hardware (Firmware) via Bluetooth connection.

You will collaborate closely with the engineering team in Vietnam and partners/stakeholders in France to ensure the product operates smoothly, accurately, and meets high medical standards.

💻 Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execution of Tests: Research product documentation to build detailed test cases and checklists for both iOS and Android platforms. Perform manual testing of new features and user interface (UX/UI).
• Hardware-Software Integration Testing: Directly test the stability of the Bluetooth (BLE) connection between the hardware device (Care) and the mobile application; determine the accuracy of data transmission and reception.
• QA Algorithm Processing: Collaborate with the development team to understand the signal processing algorithms in the app, and design test scenarios to verify that the data displayed on the app/game is always accurate and free from interference.
• Bug Tracking: Detect, analyze, classify severity levels, and log detailed bugs to the management system. Closely monitor the bug lifecycle and conduct retesting after developers fix them.
• Regression Testing: Ensure system stability by performing thorough regression testing before app releases to the App Store/Google Play or when new firmware updates are available.
• Regulatory readiness in healthcare: Support in information storage, test report writing, and standardizing technical documentation in a clear and transparent manner, assisting in the process of completing CE (European) and FDA (American) quality certification applications.

Your skills and experience

Hard Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a Manual QA/QC position, preferably with experience testing Mobile Applications (iOS & Android).
• Mobile Testing: Proficient in testing on real devices and emulators. Understanding of how Hybrid applications work (React Native/Unity is a significant advantage).
• Foreign Languages: Proficient in English (good reading comprehension of technical documents, ability to write bug reports in English and communicate/chat directly with the French team).

Personality & Mindset (Soft Skills & Mindset)

• Mindset: Careful, meticulous, highly logical thinking, and sensitive to bugs (User-centric mindset). Proactive and practical in problem-solving.
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain the bug status and reproduction steps to the development team and relevant departments.
• Cultural Fit: Comfortable and open to discussing topics related to women's health, pelvic floor muscles, childbirth, and sensitive body care issues (Femtech).

Big plus if you have any ✨:

• Experience testing IoT devices or products connected via Bluetooth/BLE.
• Experience working in Medtech, Healthcare, or projects with strict requirements for test documentation archiving processes.
