Job description

• Understand the target state business , architecture vision and Onshore Product owner’s vision/roadmap and ensure that requirements are aligned to that vision 
• Understand the scope and delivery approach for the initiative 
• Conduct data analysis, documentation & requirements gathering workshops with key stakeholders 
• Document detailed features, epics and user stories based on business requirements and validate these with the business 
• Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Stand Ups, Iteration Planning, Showcases, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives 
• Work with NAB Service Teams and vendors to further elaborate detailed solution requirements and act as the “voice of the business”
• Support the Onshore Product Owner in communicating project status to senior stakeholders 
• Work with the Onshore Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery 
• Assist the Onshore Product Owner to define and own the value definition of user stories, including facilitating and influencing the prioritisation of the backlog 
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality of system enhancement/development
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Your skills and experience

• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on product development & management
• Business analysis experience essential, preferably supporting Marketing data use cases. 
• Experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management 
• Experience in data analysis with a solid understanding of database concepts, documenting business data and technical data requirements. 
• Experience with interpreting requirements for Marketing-based use cases. 
• Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content Agile ways of working.
• Microservices, APIs, Real-Time data processing knowledge. 
• Marketing end to end knowledge (desirable) 
• Cloud technologies, DevOps best practices(desirable)
• Experience in leading teams/delivery (desirable) 
• Risk awareness related to Data Security, Privacy laws (desirable)
