Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic CPaaS App Business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud-based communication solutions, driving their evolution from concept to market leadership. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver outstanding SaaS products that address market demands and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Product strategy and vision:

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for your assigned application portfolio, ensuring alignment with B3Networks' overall objectives and market opportunities..
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Champion the customer experience for your products, ensuring solutions solve real problems and deliver measurable value

Product roadmap and development:

  • Develop, prioritize, and manage a dynamic product roadmap that reflects strategic goals, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into clear, concise and detailed product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
  • Drive the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and QA, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.

Market and customer insight:

  • Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies (e.g., AI in communication), and competitive dynamics relevant to your product area
  • Engage with Business teams to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement..

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on B2B product management experience, preferably within a SaaS or cloud communications environment..
  • Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and managing complex software products throughout their lifecycle..
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving technology environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping software.

Bonus points (highly desired)

  • Experience with API-first products or platforms.
  • Knowledge of telecom protocols (SIP, SMS, RCS) or related technologies.
  • Prior experience working with enterprise customers or Telcos.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., for research, productivity, data analysis) to enhance product management workflows.
