Job description

As a Product Manager for XanhSM Platform, you will take ownership of one or more product areas, driving end-to-end product development and delivering impactful solutions that align with business goals and user needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, data-informed products that fuel growth, efficiency and user satisfaction. Strong focus on scalability, operational efficiency, and leveraging AI-driven technologies to optimize order allocation, routing, and dispatch strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the lifecycle of payment products: design, development, testing, release, and operations, ensuring global adaptability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and analysts to define clear product roadmaps and translate them into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver solutions tailored to specific needs and innovate continuously.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product delivery and alignment across markets.
• Address regulatory issues, analyze data, and incorporate user feedback to improve product competitiveness and user satisfaction.
• Define and monitor key product metrics, identify trends, and implement optimization plans to enhance product capabilities.

Your skills and experience

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Strong business sense, attention to detail, and user experience design expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and collaborating with data scientists.
• Logical thinker with excellent analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong experience in developing and executing product roadmaps from ideation to execution plan, writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD), including managing timelines and project milestones.
• Technical understanding: familiarity with the technologies and platforms used in the product development process
• Preferred Skills:
• 3-5+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management, including data analysis and user research.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with ride-hailing, logistics, e-commerce, food delivery, complex backend/platform products
• Technical background or familiarity with APIs, backend systems is a plus.
