We are looking for a talented and driven Oracle NetSuite Engineer to join our growing team, working directly with our US-based clients and projects.

Job Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Customization: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform to meet specific US business workflows.
• SuiteCloud Development: Develop and maintain SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.x/2.1 - Client, User Event, Scheduled, Suitelet, Restlet), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler.
• Integrations: Design and build secure, scalable integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., E-commerce platforms, CRMs, 3PL logistics, banks) using REST/SOAP APIs or iPaaS platforms (Dell Boomi, Celigo, etc.).
• Technical Support & Optimization: Troubleshooting script errors, optimizing system performance, and resolving technical bottlenecks in existing NetSuite environments.
• Collaboration & Communication: Gather business requirements from US stakeholders, translate them into technical designs, and provide accurate estimates and technical guidance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build complex saved searches, financial reports, and advanced PDFs/HTML layouts.

Your skills and experience

Experience & Technical Skills

• Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite development and implementation.
• Core Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, SuiteScript (preferably SuiteScript 2.0/2.1), HTML, CSS, and SuiteFlow (Workflows).
• ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financials, Inventory Management, etc.).
• Database & Integration: Solid experience with web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and data migration strategies.
• Nice to have: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer or SuiteCommerce certifications.

Language & Soft Skills

• English Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). You must be confident joining daily scrums, technical syncs, and text/slack communications directly with US clients.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset, with high attention to detail.
• Working Style: Ability to work independently in an Agile/Scrum outsourcing environment, keeping up with US time zone requirements when necessary.
