Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and fast-learning Junior Odoo Developer to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to dive into the world of ERP development or Product Development. You will gain hands-on experience in backend and frontend development while contributing to real-world business applications.

The Odoo Developer will work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, from Mon-Fri in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Odoo-based business applications. Daily responsibilities include customizing existing Odoo modules, developing new features, integrating Odoo with third-party systems, and ensuring code quality through testing and review. The role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and providing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. The Odoo Developer will also contribute to performance optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes in line with Lumi-X’s engineering standards.

Your skills and experience

• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, with experience building and maintaining server-side applications.
• Strong Programming skills, preferably with languages commonly used in Odoo (e.g., Python), and familiarity with modern development tools.
• Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
