Job description

• Participate in the design, deployment, and operation of Global Network infrastructure.
• Support daily network operations, monitoring activities, and CSR (incident and request handling).
• Perform real-time troubleshooting and resolution of network incidents to ensure system stability and service availability.
• Assist in network device configuration, routing setup, and connectivity validation across internal and external systems.
• Support network changes, upgrades, and deployment activities under technical guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams using communication tools such as Wire to handle operational tasks and coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and optimization of network infrastructure and operational processes.
• Maintain, update, and manage basic network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational guidelines.
• Follow operational procedures, security policies, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.

Your skills and experience

[Required]

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year university) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Clear interest and career orientation toward Infrastructure / Network Engineering.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN concepts.
• Basic experience or strong understanding of network deployment, configuration, and operational support.
• Ability to handle network incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting tasks with guidance from senior engineers.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn, improve technical skills, and work in enterprise-scale network environments.

[Preferred]

• Cisco network certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Experience or familiarity with cloud networking environments (AWS, GCP).
• Basic Python or scripting skills for network automation or operational support.
• Ability to communicate in English, especially for verbal communication (meetings or phone calls).
• Experience working with monitoring tools or ticketing systems in NOC or infrastructure teams.
