Job description

• Develop robust and scalable mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and high-quality UI/UX.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate product ideas into well-executed features.
• Write clean, maintainable, modular, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and modern design patterns.
• Advocate for and implement a lean, modular architecture that supports efficient development and long-term scalability.
• Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across both iOS and Android devices.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, native modules, platform-specific features, and services such as Firebase (Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics).
• Implement user analytics and attribution tracking to monitor product performance and user behavior.
• Ensure secure handling of data and apply mobile security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Handle the mobile app release process for both the App Store and Google Play Store, including updates and version control.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies, contributing to the improvement of code quality and team collaboration.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, especially in the React Native ecosystem (e.g., MobX, Firebase, analytics tools).

Your skills and experience

• 4 years of hands-on experience building mobile applications with a strong focus on React Native.
• Deep understanding of React Native architecture, component lifecycle, hooks, and popular navigation libraries (e.g., React Navigation, Wix).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for writing robust, scalable applications.
• Solid experience with state management libraries such as MobX, Redux, or React Context.
• Practical knowledge and use of React Native Reanimated, FlashList, or Skia.
• Skilled in performance optimization, caching, and memoization techniques to ensure responsiveness and smooth user experiences.
• Experience integrating and configuring Firebase services: Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics.
• Familiarity with real-time communication tools such as Socket.IO.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and native module integration for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
• Comfortable working with mobile testing tools like Jest, Appium, or Detox.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app delivery (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
• Strong grasp of mobile security best practices and accessibility standards.
