About the Role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer (React Native)  to join our growing delivery team and work on high-impact client projects.

You will be involved in building, improving, and maintaining real-world products used by real users. At any given time, you will focus on the most important product or technical challenge for your project.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, working closely with PMs, designers, and other engineers, and turning ideas into reliable, well-crafted software.

What You Will Do

• What You Will Do
• Build and maintain mobile apps with React Native and Expo (iOS and Android), from feature design to App Store / Google Play release
• Develop web interfaces when needed: React admin panels, dashboards, internal tools
• Work with Supabase for database, authentication, real-time subscriptions, and edge functions
• Contribute to back-end services built with NestJS or similar frameworks
• Write clean, tested code following team conventions (conventional commits, monorepo structure)
• Participate in code reviews and help improve code quality across the team
• Collaborate daily with PMs, BAs, QC engineers, and designers to deliver features
• Communicate clearly in English with international stakeholders and team members
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate development and maintain high standards

Your skills and experience

We're looking for developers who are comfortable working in a modern, AI-assisted development environment and meet most of the following requirements:

• Required Skills
• AI-assisted development: Confident using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Claude Skills) to write, review, and improve code.
• React Native & Expo: Experience building and shipping production mobile applications.
  TypeScript: Strong practical experience.
• Supabase: Hands-on experience with database, authentication, real-time features, and Edge Functions.
• NestJS / Node.js: Experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks.
• REST APIs: Solid understanding of API design and backend fundamentals.
• Git: Familiar with standard Git workflows and conventional commits.
• Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests (e.g. Vitest, Testing Library, Maestro).
• English: Professional working proficiency for collaborating with international clients.
• Teamwork: Experience working effectively with PMs, BAs, QCs, and designers.
• Experience working in an agency or consulting environment

Nice to Have

• NativeWind, Expo Router, or Turbo monorepos
• Bun or other modern JavaScript runtimes
• Biome, oxlint, or modern linting tools
• OAuth2, SSO, or payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, BitPay)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, EAS)
• Docker/Podman and basic Kubernetes knowledge
• Experience integrating AI services or self-hosted AI models
