Middle Technical Consultant (Presale)

Job description

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver customer-facing technical engagements, solution assessments, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.

You will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, design practical technical solutions, and support successful project delivery. This role is suitable for candidates with strong technical expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.

• Deliver technical demonstrations, pilot solutions, and POCs
• Design and recommend technical solutions & Archtecture based on customer requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solution recommendations
• Work directly with customer technical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Support moderate-complexity solution delivery and implementation activities
• Conduct regular engagement and pipeline status reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Experience in consulting, pre-sales, technical account management, or solution delivery
• Strong troubleshooting and solution design skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional-level industry or vendor certifications required (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer Associate). Foundational industry or Microsoft certifications preferred.
