Thu thập, phân tích, xác định và làm rõ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ các phòng ban nội bộ hoặc khách hàng./ Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders or external clients.
Thiết kế và mô tả các quy trình nghiệp vụ thông qua sơ đồ trực quan bằng các công cụ như Figma, Draw.io,… để trình bày, minh họa và demo cho khách hàng dễ hình dung/ Design and describe business processes through visual diagrams using tools such as Figma, Draw.io, etc., to present, illustrate, and demo for clients to better understand
Là cầu nối giữa người dùng và đội ngũ phát triển (Dev, QA, Tester), đảm bảo sự hiểu đúng và thống nhất về yêu cầu./ Act as a bridge between end-users and technical teams (developers, testers) to ensure clear and accurate understanding of requirements.
Viết và quản lý các tài liệu phân tích nghiệp vụ: BRD, FSD, wireframe, process flow, use case, user story,.../ Create and manage business analysis documents: BRD, FSD, wireframes, process flows, use cases, user stories, etc.
Tham gia kiểm thử User Acceptance Test (UAT), phối hợp với tester để xác nhận sản phẩm đầu ra./ Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT); collaborate with QA team to verify deliverables.
Tư vấn, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến quy trình, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực Logistics và Quản lý kho (Warehouse)./ Proactively propose solutions for process and system improvements, especially in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
Tham gia triển khai hệ thống, đào tạo và hỗ trợ người dùng cuối./ Support system implementation, user training, and post-deployment assistance.

Your skills and experience

Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành: CNTT, Hệ thống thông tin, Kinh tế, Quản trị chuỗi cung ứng hoặc liên quan./ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
1–2 năm kinh nghiệm BA trong dự án phần mềm (ưu tiên ERP, WMS, TMS)./ 1–2 years of experience as a BA in software projects (ERP/WMS/TMS systems are a plus).
Hiểu biết hoặc kinh nghiệm trong ngành Logistics/Kho vận là lợi thế lớn./ Strong knowledge or prior experience in Logistics/Warehouse operations is highly preferred.
Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ: Jira, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio/Draw.io,.../ Proficient in BA tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio/Draw.io, etc.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (nói & viết), có thể làm việc với khách hàng quốc tế./ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề, giao tiếp và teamwork tốt./ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
