Job description

1. Position Objective

• Act as a bridge between Business (Finance/Sales/Operations) and Technical teams.
• Support the implementation and digitization of key processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, and CRM.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately captured and delivered with guidance from senior team members.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering:
  Support collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders (Sales/Finance/Warehouse/CS).
• Process Analysis & Modeling:
  Assist in analyzing current processes (As-Is/To-Be) and creating basic workflows (flowcharts, BPMN).
• Documentation:
  Prepare and maintain BA documents such as BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and simple mockups.
• ERP & Accounting Support:
  Assist in mapping basic accounting flows (GL/AP/AR) under guidance from senior BA/Accounting team.
• CRM Support:
  Support defining and documenting CRM flows (lead → opportunity → order).
• UAT Support:
  Help prepare test cases, support UAT execution, and track bugs/issues.
• Integration Support:
  Coordinate with technical teams to support integrations (e-invoice, bank, etc.).
• Data & Migration:
  Support data mapping, data validation, and basic reconciliation tasks.
• Training & Documentation:
  Assist in preparing user guides, SOPs, and training materials.

Your skills and experience

3. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
• 3.5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / ERP / CRM 
• Basic understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R processes is a plus.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting concepts (GL/AP/AR) is preferred.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic skills in writing user stories, documentation, and process flows.
• Good English reading & writing skills.
• Strong learning mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io is a plus.

4. Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems or accounting software.
• Basic understanding of IFRS concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL for data checking is a plus.
