Job description

We’re not just building products — we’re building a place where people grow. At our core, personal development is a priority. We want every team member to level up alongside the company through hands-on projects, cutting-edge tools, and industry best practices.

Our clients expect nothing less than excellence, and that high standard fuels everything we do.

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer ready to take ownership, solve tough problems, and build products people actually love using.

What you'll be doing:

  • Architect & Automate: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on [e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean] using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
  • CI/CD Leadership: Own and enhance our CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity, ensuring fast, reliable, and automated releases.
  • Container Orchestration: Manage and scale our containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s), including cluster lifecycle management, monitoring, and security.
  • Observability & Monitoring: Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Security Integration (DevSecOps): Champion security best practices by integrating security tools and processes into the CI/CD pipeline, managing secrets, and performing vulnerability assessments.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment strategies. Mentor junior engineers and advocate for DevOps principles throughout the organization.
  • Incident Response: Participate in an on-call rotation and lead incident response and post-mortem analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Cost Optimization: Proactively monitor and optimize cloud resource usage to ensure efficiency and control costs.

Your skills and experience

Must-Haves

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS,  DigitalOcean, Azure), including core services like compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in IaC tools such as FluxCD (preferred), Terraform, or CloudFormation.
  • CI/CD: Strong experience designing and managing complex CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
  • Containerization: Deep proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash).
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving complex technical issues.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Professional cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator - CKA).
  • Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
  • Experience with managing and automating relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, RDS).
  • Strong understanding of networking principles (VPC, DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, Firewalls).

Why you'll love working here

  • Competitive pay — Above-industry-standard salaries with a 13th-month bonus.
  • Great benefits — Full insurance coverage and regular team-building activities.
  • Flexibility — Friendly working environment and flexible working hours.
  • Growth-focused — We invest in you as much as in our products. Whether it’s improving your English, mastering a new design tool, developing your design thinking, or exploring a new skill, we’ll support your growth every step of the way.
  • Meaningful work — We work hand-in-hand with clients, fully investing in their product development to create solutions with true market potential.
  • Balanced culture — We respect both products and technology equally, ensuring every team member understands, believes in, and contributes to what they’re building.
  • Work-life respect — We stick to a sustainable pace with standard 8-hour days, Monday to Friday — no burnout culture here.
  • Agile and adaptive — We work in sprints with realistic goals, improving processes continuously to match our true velocity.
  • Ownership & autonomy — You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and shape your role, with a team that’s always open to better ways of working.
