Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• You will directly participate in projects deploying loyalty systems for our partners
• Support the implementation of white-label loyalty projects (F&B, Retail, Lifestyle, etc.)
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Account teams to ensure project timelines • Assist in system configuration (campaigns, point accrual, rewards, etc.)
• Participate in UAT to ensure product quality before go-live
• Prepare documentation and support client training
• Monitor program performance and propose improvements
POSITION (SELECT ONE):
• Frontend / Mobile: ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js / Java, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Microservices
• DevOps: AWS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD
Note: Candidates are not expected to be proficient in all technologies. A strong foundation is sufficient, and training and coaching will be provided.
Your skills and experience
Requirements (Basic):
• Final-year students or fresh graduates
• Strong logical thinking attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in teams and manage tasks effectively AI Usage (Encouraged):
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot for learning and work
• Ability to leverage AI for code generation, debugging, and research
• Ability to validate outputs and not rely entirely on AI
• Awareness of data security when using AI tools

Requirements by Role (Basic):

• Knowledge of CRM, Loyalty, or MarTech
