We are building an interactive simulation app that brings the experience of working in a real environment into a digital space. With online collaboration features and tools to create virtual rooms, users can not only work and practice together but also connect with friends and communities in a more engaging way.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

・Develop and deploy 3D Unity apps on Mobile, PC, and supported devices.

・Build and optimize applications on devices.
・Coordinate directly with members (GD, Artist, Tester,...) to ensure outstanding product quality.
・Fix bugs, improve features, optimize App performance on devices (tracking, rendering, interaction and UI/UX).
・ Participate in detail design and basic design for features/modules.
・ Write and update technical documents.
・ Analyze business requirements, propose appropriate technical solutions.
・Mentoring and guiding Junior members 

Your skills and experience

■Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing Unity engine

- 1 year of experience in team management
- Proficiency in Unity 3D programming, C# or C++ or C
- Mastery of OOP, Design Patterns, data structures, algorithms and software architecture design
- Know how to optimize 2d/3d apps in terms of capacity, RAM, CPU, Resources.
- Experience working with:
Animation of Unity
Shader/Shader Graph, AssetBundles...
Understanding of Particle System/3D modeling/Lighting/Texturing
Ability to work with all aspects of application development including UI, animation...
Ability to write maintainable code, focusing on performance, reusability and ease of understanding.

■Preferred Skills:
- Candidates with experience in team management
- Ability to research, learn and apply AI technology

- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Candidates can communicate in English or Japanese
