As the Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in:

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of software solutions
• Provide technical guidance to the team

Technology Development

• Demonstrate expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies
• Guide technology selection, architecture, and best practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Understand technical requirements and concepts
• Ensure unified and effective solutions

Performance Optimization

• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic
• Ensure smooth and responsive user experience

Code Quality Management

• Conduct and lead code review sessions
• Implement best coding practices
• Promote standards adoption to maintain high code quality
   

Your skills and experience

Technical Experience

• Minimum 3 years as a Full Stack Engineer
• Expertise in:
  • JavaScript
  • Vue
  • .NET Core
  • C#
  • GraphQL
  • MongoDB
  • Docker

Professional Skills

• RESTful API design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Desire for senior management roles
• Specialized in:
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Web security
