Mô tả công việc

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm các Backend Developer có kinh nghiệm với Java, .NET hoặc các công nghệ backend khác, sẵn sàng được đào tạo và làm việc với ngôn ngữ lập trình C trong các dự án dài hạn cho khách hàng quốc tế.

Trách nhiệm chính:

• Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ và chuyển đổi thành giải pháp kỹ thuật
• Tham gia toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm (thiết kế, phát triển, kiểm thử, triển khai)
• Phát triển và duy trì mã nguồn chất lượng cao, dễ bảo trì và có khả năng mở rộng
• Đảm bảo hiệu suất, độ ổn định và khả năng đáp ứng của hệ thống
• Phân tích và xử lý lỗi, cải tiến hệ thống khi cần thiết
• Nâng cao chất lượng code và tối ưu kiến trúc hệ thống
• Nghiên cứu, đề xuất giải pháp/công nghệ mới
• Phối hợp với team và báo cáo tiến độ cho Project Manager/Team Lead

Your skills and experience

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc tương đương
• Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend

Kỹ năng chuyên môn:

• Có kinh nghiệm vững với một trong các ngôn ngữ: Java, .NET hoặc backend tương đương
• Sẵn sàng học và làm việc với ngôn ngữ lập trình C (được đào tạo)
• Hiểu rõ lập trình hướng đối tượng (OOP), design patterns và kiến trúc hệ thống
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với RESTful API / Web Services
• Có kinh nghiệm với cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ (Oracle, MSSQL, ...)

Yêu cầu tiếng Nhật (bắt buộc):

• Trình độ tiếng Nhật từ N3 trở lên
• Có khả năng giao tiếp và làm việc bằng tiếng Nhật

Kỹ năng ưu tiên (Nice-to-have)

• Kinh nghiệm với Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Servlet/JSP
• Kiến thức frontend cơ bản: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Kinh nghiệm với JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, …)
• Làm việc với application servers: Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere
• Có kinh nghiệm viết unit test hoặc kiểm thử tự động
• Quen thuộc với Git và các công cụ build như Maven, Gradle
